Recently purchased an RPR  in .223 and have several questions concerning the barrel. I know it will eat either .223 or 5.56. I'm new to rifle reloading and have just been a pistol reloader until now.

1) Is this barrel chambered in the Wylde chamber or that type of chamber?
2). Which brass, 5.56 or .223 will yield the more accurate rounds for reloading?

It should say on the side of the barrel if it is .223 Wylde.

As far as brass goes itís a lot of trial and error but Lapua is always a good place to start.
