Hello
I am a shooter from Europe, Portugal.
I shoot mainly benchrest 25m air, 50m rimfire,  100m, 200m and 300m, as well as some precision pistol disciplines and starting IPSC.
I load my 6mmPPC ammo and have won the National Championship this year.
I like shooting as much as reloading. My goal is to perfection the reloading knowledge and technique up to the point that I cannot blame other than myself for bad results!...
I joined this group to learn with you as well as to share information on our practice in Portugal!
All the best

Well, there is evidently a lot of control, examinations, etc...
The type of guns we can have for sport shooting must be approved by the national shooting federation and licensed by the National Police Arms Department, one by one...
No automatic, sound suppressors, and "military type" rifles allowed.
Each time you want to buy a new gun for sport shooting a specific authorization must be issued by the Police Arms Department...
There is a limitation of the number of guns you can have, as well...
So a lot of bureaucracy but, with patience and time, is doable!

So it's basically the same as us buying tax stamps for suppressors, full auto, sbrs, and such. Cool

Hello, and welcome!

It's nice to have someone from Europe join in with us! I "think" you are the first, but I'm not sure.
Impressive credentials! We're just getting going good, so join in. Ask, advise, talk, joke around!
