Subject lines MUST contain the following information:

2-letter state abbreviation
Name of the city the match is being held in, or the nearest town (something that can be located on google maps)
The date of the match

The only exception to the above is if the post is an announcement of a season's schedule, such as the MOST series.  The matches move around, range to range, city to city, and there are different dates.

If you or your club is planning to host a single match, a subject line like  "Las Vegas, NV  3/29/16  Club match" would be great.

Feel free to include any other information you would like in your subject line, but generic subjects that do not clue someone in to location will be removed.

Please take a moment and click the "Calendar" link at the very top of the page.  Spend a moment looking through there.

So far, ALL the matches that have been posted on this site have been added to the calendar.

This should help people find a match.  "Oh, I've got a free weekend coming up, let's see what's going on for matches."  Open the calendar, and you can see what's going on.  For more info about each match, you can go to the club subforum and check out their announcement with times, exact locations, rules, etc.

In an effort to keep the calendar current, when making any new match announcements, I would ask that you please send me a PM with a link to the announcement thread, and I will add the match to the calendar for everyone to see.

Thank you for your cooperation!
