How many people would be interested in a Colorado club that runs 6-10 matches a year as a points race?  My thought is to get people who already run a match to make their match a points race match once or twice a year.  Maybe up the round count to 80-100 and change it up a bit.  Everyone could pay $50 have whatever would go to the match on a normal day go to the match.  Then split the rest for finale payout and match payout for the day.  I am open to suggestions.

Thanks!!

Pueblo has almost 20 Precision Matches on the books for 2016.

Between us and CRC, I don't think there are any more matches on this side of the Front Range.

I like the idea! If I could make a suggestion, what if it were scored a bit like PRS with your top (N) matches counting as your points race score? This way, missing a few matches doesn't put you out of the running, and those who can only afford to attend a few matches could still be competitive.

To be fair, I think some matches from the West Slope should be in the mix for a points race, just my opinion.

I wrote a summary of last months match in Colorado Springs with some photos here :http://theblackrifle.blogspot.com/2016/02/cheyenne-mountain-precision-match-report.html

It was similar to Hoser's match in Pueblo, but with some additional distances added.

I'd be interested as long as matches didn't interfere with regular PRS matches.
Only the mediocre are always at their best.
