Greetings all. I will be a new guy this year driving in from the St Charles area. I have been competing in HP Metallic Silhouette for years at Bench Rest Rifle club of St Louis north of Wright City. It's fun but I must admit...I suck. Offhand is just too hard. I can hold that damn rifle still for the life of me. Your game looks like much more fun. Can't wait to try it.

OK guys...now don't everyone reply all at once.  ;D

(hear those crickets?)

What do we have to do to start some discussion around here???

OK, I'll start. I have a 7mm-08 silhouette rifle that I plan on starting with...but dreaming of building a 284 Win for this game. What are you guys shooting?

I don't shoot the MOST series, but I shoot a 6.5x47.  6s and 6.5s are the most common in this game.  Fast, flat, good wind deflection, and minimal recoil.

Full specs are in my thread in the bolt gun section.

As for the lack of responses in here, the forum is still pretty new. More people will sign up, give it some time.  Tell all the guys when you go the the matches, that'll help!  Lol
Every time you make a typo, the errorists win.

Yes, that is me in my avatar. I used to jump out of planes before taking up competitive shooting. In that picture I was flying on of my wingsuits over the mountains of Montana in 2005.

Welcome from another Missouri guy. I plan on trying to shoot some of the MOST matches myself this year. I running a .308. I have been running 175gr's but I am experimenting with 155's to get a tad more velocity.

Looks like it is going to be some busy matches this year. The first match at the new range in Northern Arkansas looks to be full already. The sign up is on GA precision's website. There is a lot of activity on the Facebook group, are you on there?

I'll be competing this year for the first time as well.  Live in Columbia.  I have a custom built 6.5 x 284.
Really looking forward to the MOST series.
